I’ve recently received the following email from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Team
We have detected an issue on your Dynamics 365 instance that we need your help to resolve. This may help improve your organization’s service performance and overall experience.
We identified issues in which users may be unable to navigate to several settings, and experience intermittent form load issues when using Chrome browser versions 75.0.3770.80 and 75.0.3770.100.
We have replicated this issue and verified that this can be resolved temporarily by:
1. Using earlier versions of Chrome, e.g. Chrome version 74 and below.
2. Download Chrome Beta version 76 via link below.
3. Using a different internet browser.

So I checked my current version and it seems to be the reason of the issues I’m having:
Google Chrome is up-to-date
Versie 75.0.3770.100 (Officiële build) (64-bits)
I was wondering if anybody else is facing these issues?
