Resco Mobile CRM Error: “ACS10001: An error occurred while processing the SOAP header.”

When trying to connect to Resco Mobile CRM, you might receive an error such as

ACS10001: An error occurred while processing the SOAP header.

Long story short, this is caused by the time zone, time and date on your device.

Dynamics CRM Online and On premises

I have experienced this error when I tried to connect the Resco Mobile CRM application with an Dynamics CRM online environment and an Dynamics CRM on premises environment. Using Google to solve the issue delivered no results, the guys at Resco however found the solution in no time (thank you Lukas!).

Cause and solution

  • In the CRM Online environment this was caused by an incorrect date and time on the user’s mobile device. Modifying the date and time setting on the tablet to “automatic” solved the issue.
  • In the CRM On Premises environment this was caused by an incorrect date and time on the server of the client. Modifying the date and time setting on the server to “automatic” solved the issue.
