As a CRM Administrator, you may feel like you need to do everything, and you need to be responsible for every decision and change that happens in your environment. I suggest that you think about tasks and responsibilities that you can offload to someone else within your organization. You can still be responsible for the success and smooth operation of your solution, but you don’t need to do everything.
